Sended missing filter with damaged item.


I placed an order on January 8,2025, for an air filter priced at $29 USD, which was supposed to include the full set. Unfortunately, when I received the package, it was in damaged Not turning on, not working, and the filter was missing. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for a complete set. I immediately contacted the seller to explain the situation and requested assistance, but they refused to acknowledge any mistake and stated that they couldn't help. As a result, I had no choice but to open a dispute with AliExpress. However, the situation worsened. I provided evidence of the damaged product, including a video showing it was not working. AliExpress acknowledged the item was damaged and stated that I could return it for a refund. Before proceeding, I made it clear that returning the item would cost me approximately $16 USD in shipping fees from my country to China. I asked for a refund that either covered the shipping cost or a partecular refund without the need to return the item. AliExpress then asked for additional information, including the product weight, more videos, and other details while 60 days. I complied and sent everything they requested. In total, we have exchanged more than 30 emails, providing all the information they needed. Despite all my efforts, AliExpress continues to insist on a return for a refund, which is impossible for me due to the high shipping cost. I feel completely deceived and extremely upset. I am deeply disappointed with how AliExpress has handled this situation. They have ignored my requests, caused me significant mental distress, and have not addressed my legitimate concerns. The ongoing delay and lack of resolution have caused me financial and emotional harm. I will not return the item unless AliExpress agrees to reimburse the $16 USD shipping fee or provides a full refund or partecular refund without requiring the return. I urge you to resolve this issue immediately as it is causing me great frustration. Material are soo cheap!. It may cost only 1-2 usd. But seller sell to me 29 usd. And keep telling i send full.! He did not accept the mistake that he forget to put in the filter.! The item not working. Not turning on.!
